Africanized bees, after entering the United States in the early 1990's, have taken over much of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and southern California. If a person sees a wild swarm of bees throughout this region, they are "more than likely" to be Africanized.

Church Has 1 Million Bees, Honey in Walls
The church has hired McCool's Wildlife Removal of Rocky Grove to remove the honey, seal the damaged walls _ and relocate an estimated 1 million bees to a local bee keeper.
